✦ Fandoms I Enjoy

I enjoy series ranging from TV shows, books, and gaming. I am very fond of western shows like My Little Pony, Littlest Pet Shop, and Transformers. I also enjoy animes like Apothecary Diaries, Vanitas no Carte, and Trigun. Books and other types medias I enjoy are danmeis like TGCF and MDZS, otome games like LADS, and other mainstream games like Minecraft and Roblox.

✦ Drawing

I mainly draw on procreate but may adapt to any platform if given the time. My artstyle consists of sketchy lines and textured brushes. I play around with other artstyles for fun too. Some with neater lines, realistic rendering, bright colors, etc. My favorite brush is the Nikko Rull brush and any pencil brush.

By purchasing artwork from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding, as I will refuse any request that does not correspond with my terms of service. These terms are subject to change at any time. Feel free to contact regarding any questions and/or concerns through my Discord, Twitter, or Instagram.

✦ General Terms ✦

I reserve the rights to refuse any commission request for any reason, this includes anything that goes against my terms and any request I believe I am unable to complete to quality.
I retain all rights to my work, which includes but not limited to the rights to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio (if, however, you wish your commission to be kept private and not posted in any of my galleries, please let me know beforehand).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, NFT, or AI.
You DO have the rights to use your commission for any personal use (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload to a personal gallery with given credit, etc). My signature must not be altered and needs to be clearly read when re-uploading.
Credit must be given

Mild gore or violence
Simple machinery (such as prosthetics)
Suggestive content (NSFW commissions comes at an added price)

✦ What I Won’t Draw ✦

Explicit gore
Racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, hate speech, etc (I will refuse any requests containing anything dehumanizing, hateful, or gross). Requesting such will get you blacklisted
Complex machinery and mecha.
Real life people.
Overall, I will not draw anything I am not comfortable with, feel free to ask if you are unsure about something.

✦ Process ✦

DM me on any media platform, preferably discord for communication when commissioning me.
You will firstly receive a sketch for approval. At this stage, you have the rights for revision.
Once sketch is approved, I will send you an invoice regarding payment. Completion will be done as soon as possible after payment.
Commissions will generally take no more than a month. If any reason your commission is delayed due to personal reasons (i.e. health, commission load, complexity, family issues, academic load, etc), you will be notified.
Note: If delay occurs, your commission is guaranteed to be completed within 3 months regardless of the delay.
If additional information is needed, I will contact you.
You may ask for updates at any time.
Please let me know if you do not want your commission to be shared publicly.

✦ Payment Process and Refunds ✦

Payments are due upfront after a sketch is completed in USD via invoices through Paypal, a valid paypal email is required to be able to receive invoice. Unfortunately, this is currently my only means of payment
No further progress on the piece will be made until the invoice is filled and payment is received.
Payment received will not be spent until completion of the artwork
I do not offer full refunds to finished artworks and will only refund work that is not done.
If unsatisfied with the result of commission, I may offer to remake or change parts of the artwork and continue discussion from there.
If you wish to cancel the commission before completion, I will give partial refund and export the artwork as is at its current state. You may not go to another artist to complete the artwork, regardless the reasoning of your wanting to cancel, in this instance.
If for any reason I wish to cancel the commission, whether it be that I no longer believe I can complete the work to quality, or something has happened and I am no longer comfortable working on the commission; I will give a full refund and remove the work altogether from my files.
Please do not send me any form of payment without my consent.

✦ Copyright and Usage Policy ✦

As stated previously, I retain all copyright to all artwork I create.
You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints). Note: writing “credit to the artist” or anything as such is NOT proper credit
You may NOT claim my artwork as your own, resell, edit, etc.
